A group of 64 townhouses that each have their own, fenced back yard. Fees cover basically everything on the exterior of the structure and foundation of the home, including doors, roofs, windows. Also covers common area road snow removal & landscaping, surveillance system, paving, lighting... basically everything except what's inside each unit. Property Management company costs also included... and there's 7 unpaid volunteers from the complex on council. Only common areas are large grassy areas for kids to play (no pool etc)
