How does parking work? Are spots assigned to each unit? Does a 3 bedroom unit get more spots than a studio? Do parking spots count towards square footage used to calculate strata fees?

Each unit was allotted with one underground parking spot. additional parking spots were purchased at that time. Additional above ground parking spots can be rented if available via property manager Kinetic property manangement

Hi Sharon I don’t know if the parking spots affect the strata fee and the rent can vary as individuals are usually renting them out privately or if someone has a strata company renting out additional spots when they are available.

Hi Rose The shared amenities are admittance intercom, elevator, pets allowed, rentals allowed, AC. The strata fee includes management, hot water, insurance, yard maintenance. Unit also come with a storage locker
