Hi! Sorry it's taken so long to get to your question. I'll contact the site admin about sending notifications to agents to answer questions on their listings ;).... Pet policy is the same as the City of Kamloops for this building. This means 2 dogs or two cats maximum. Once the building is occupied and the strata council is formed they may change this policy.

Hi - each unit comes with one parking spot assigned. The location of the assigned spots has not been decided but purchasers are more than welcome to make requests.
