Hi Victoria, there is no gym but there is Elevator, Passcard Door, Pets Allowed, Rentals Allowed, Secure Parking, A/C, Smoke Detectors, Sprinklers and units come with a storage locker. Building was built in 2012.

Does the building being constructed nearby affect the value of these older units?

Christy, I'm not sure if the 2nd building being a rental will impact the value of the condos that much. Generally, people favour living in neighbourhoods where the majority of residents are owners. I'd say getting the building finished would be a nice change for everyone living in the area. Do you live there or considering it?
